During aggregation stage,PKA regulates the activity of adenyly cyclase, relays the wave of cAMP,and induces the expressions of some early developmental genes.

細胞聚集階段,PKA調節腺苷酰環化酶的活性,中轉cAMP,誘導dut、pdi等一些發育早期的基因表達;參與啟動聚集后的細胞分化和形態構成,增強GBF活性,激活前孢子細胞特有基因的表達;它還精密調控前柄細胞特有基因ecmB的表達,準確啟動拔頂發育,誘導孢柄和孢子的成熟。
