After analysing equilibrium catalyst sieve composition, powder content of regenerative flue gas, VQS efficiency calculation of settler and process operating parameters, the problem of catalyst loss in settler VQS was solved by rising feed position in settler and replacing seal of wing valve with feed.

Analysis on experimental data,it is concluded that the fluid regimes in the standpipe are consisted of entrance rotary segment,lean phase segment and dense phase segment,and the pressure distribution of the standpipe is relative to the pressure drop of the standpipe and independent of the position of the trickle valve,and the height of the dense phase.
影響料腿內壓力分布的主要因素是料腿兩端的壓差,而與翼閥的位置無關;料腿內的的料封高度與料腿兩端的壓差和翼閥的插入位置有關;顆粒質量流率對壓力分布影響明顯,料腿兩端的壓差影響較小。
